Job Description
As a Data Entry Operator I, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and successful global launch of our utility bill management software. Your primary responsibilities will include collecting, organizing, and analyzing utility account data that supports CLIENT global operations. You will work closely with the CLIENT Sustainability team to ensure that all data is accurate, comprehensive, and ready for integration into our software.
Responsibilities:  Collect utility data from various sources, including utility providers, customers, and internal databases.  Work with documents and communicate with stakeholders in a variety of languages to ensure comprehensive data collection and understanding.  Organize and maintain a comprehensive database of utility data.  Ensure data is accurate and properly organized  Collaborate with the development team to ensure data accuracy and readiness for software integration.  Assist in the testing and validation of the software to ensure it meets quality standards.  Provide support during the global launch phase, addressing any data-related issues that arise.  Escalate data issues, including data gaps or input inconsistencies to proper personnel  Perform miscellaneous procurement tasks as needed
Knowledge and Skills
 Proven experience in data collection, organization, and analysis.
 Research and organizational skills
 Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
 Proficient in excel and other microsoft applications
 Strong detail-oriented and multi-tasking skills
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Experience with utility data or utility bill management is a plus.
 Multilingual skills and the ability to work with documents and people in various languages are highly desirable.
 Limited experience required: Recent graduates and interns will be considered
