The Multi-National (MN) Travel Program Specialist within the Travel Program Management (TPM) practice line is... dedicated to the Multi-National (MN) account segmentation and will provide a variety of distinct short term consulting engagements, including Commodity Management Sourcing (Air, Car, and Hotel Programs), Project & Experience Management, Sustainability & Wellbeing, Travel Program Optimization and Traveler Behavior Compliance Science.

Compensation and Benefits
The US national annual base salary range for this position is from (46,000 to )93,000, depending on factors including role complexity and the candidateÂs experience and skills. This role is also eligible for an annual Performance Based Incentive based on company performance. Skills
 Understanding of travel data and processes with the ability to analyze spend and trends
 Excellent technical skills on travel-related technology such as online booking systems
 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
 Strong analytical skills and dedication to quality
 Fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous
 Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook
 Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize
Responsibilities
 Interface regularly with GBC Category Practice Line Leads
 Build strong relationships with Multi-National leadership and commercial teams

Qualifications
 Previous experience working in a global environment is a plus
