Compensation and Benefits
The hourly rate for this position ranges from (16.00 - )28.27, which is determined by local labor markets and individual qualifications. UnitedHealth Group complies with all applicable minimum wage laws and offers a wide variety of benefits based on eligibility requirements.

Skills
 Customer service experience
 Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
 Ability to navigate health assessment processes
 Familiarity with Medicaid or Medicare is a plus
 Strong communication skills and ability to manage sensitive situations
Responsibilities
 Schedule a variety of medical and dental services based on customer availability
 Resolve inquiries regarding appointment scheduling and service completion
 Identify behavioral health situations and follow appropriate protocols
 Maintain awareness of service levels to meet contractual requirements
Qualifications
 High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
 Must be 18 years or older
 Flexibility to work assigned shifts during operational hours
