What will I be doing?

Monitoring cash float and performing audits to ensure accuracy:
• Express gratitude for the guests' presence and hope that they consider dining with us again in the future
• Masterfully manage the payment needs of customers while processing and recording payments through point-of-sale technology, cash recording, gift certificate and card tracking, and credit and debit card processing
• Confirm that guests are satisfied with their experience and make every effort to address any issues they may have, seeking assistance from a supervisor if needed
• We strive to promptly and effectively address our guests' inquiries and fulfill their requests, while also ensuring we maintain a welcoming and hospitable demeanor
