Responsibilities:  Conduct inbound calls and respond to inquiries via email or other communication channels  Schedule virtual appointments with customers via Zoom  Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client  Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products  Perform reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments  Address any questions or concerns potential customers may have  Provide attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support in response to members' needs  Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure a seamless sales experience for customers  Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions in our CRM system
Qualifications:  Previous experience in sales or customer service  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities  Ability to work independently and in a team environment  Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills  Proficient in using Zoom and MS Office Suite
