What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
 Schedule appointments and coordinate phone and office depositions
 Register all new patients efficiently and accurately
 Maintain organized records of appointments and patient information
 Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 Minimum of 1 year of experience scheduling appointments and/or surgeries
 Experience with insurance processes and requirements
 Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
 Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
 Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Experience in a healthcare setting
 Familiarity with medical terminology
 Proficiency in scheduling software or tools
