• We are keen on welcoming a virtual paralegal who has at least 3 years of experience in a law firm setting, proficiency in at least two or more areas of law, has been engaged in a law firm setting within the past six months, and is technologically proficient.
• Operate with significant independence and maintain timely communication with clients between 9 am and 6 pm.
• Experience the freedom and flexibility of working from the comfort of your home.

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years of recent experience (within 6 months) working as a paralegal • 3+ years working remotely • Strong soft skills, including the ability to manage dynamic conditions and remain proactive in a fast-paced work environment • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail •... Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative on assigned tasks • Tech-savvy with proficiency in legal research platforms, document management systems, video conferencing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite • Resourceful problem solver who can find creative solutions to challenges • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Your own Windows laptop and smartphone with broadband access to the internet • Quiet location in which to make and take phone calls
