Responsibilities: • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract new customers, and retain existing ones • Lead the marketing team in the creation of compelling content, campaigns, and promotions across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising • Collaborate with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with company objectives and market needs • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities and challenges within the travel industry • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI • Manage partnerships with external agencies, vendors, and influencers to expand our market reach and brand recognition • Lead the digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing, to drive online traffic and engagement • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay ahead of market trends

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred • Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that have driven growth and brand engagement • Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, analytics tools, and social media platforms • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Passionate about travel, with a deep understanding of the industry's challenges and opportunities
