What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Maintain the scope, schedule, and quality of the project for the Beaker Clinical EHR build team
• Set clear expectations for team members and define their responsibilities at each phase of the project
• Coordinate activities with the EHR Program Director and other project managers/team managers
• Ensure engagement of the business community in the project
• Serve as a liaison between organizational needs and Epic implementation staff

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• 7 years of Beaker experience
• 7 years of experience with Health Information Technology (HIT) projects
• Experience with developing and maintaining project plans using Microsoft Project
• Highly proficient knowledge of PMI standards for project management
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Certification in project management (PMP)
• Experience working with Epic software in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of healthcare application interoperability
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies in project management
