Job Description: As a Remote Account Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and managing a team of agents. You will lead marketing initiatives, mentor new recruits, and develop partnerships to enhance our agency's growth. This position offers significant earning potential through commissions, bonuses, and residual income opportunities.
Responsibilities:  Sales Leadership: Drive sales performance by setting goals, monitoring progress, and implementing strategies to achieve targets  Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor agents to build a high-performing team that excels in sales and customer service  Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our financial protection products and services  Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reach  Agency Building: Create and grow your own agency, fostering a culture of collaboration and success  Travel Opportunities: Participate in travel incentives and rewards for achieving performance milestones  Financial Protection Advocacy: Educate families on the importance of financial protection and how our products can benefit them
Qualifications:  Proven experience in sales, leadership, or management roles  Strong communication and interpersonal skills  Entrepreneurial Mindset  Ability to inspire and motivate a team  Experience in marketing or a related field is a plus  Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow an agency  Self-motivated and results-driven  Familiarity with the insurance or financial services industry is advantageous
