How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
Under broad direction, youÂll apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies when working on activities and projects. Separately, youÂll stay informed on current trends in the company and industry-related areas to advocate relevant and innovative learning interventions. YouÂll be a key team member by mentoring Designer 1 and championing a learning culture.
Summary Of Responsibilities (not Comprehensive Of All Tasks)
 Maintains knowledge of job tasks and processes of multiple areas of specialization as related to assigned work group (Below-Wing or Cargo)
 Conducts learning needs analysis and applies/develops appropriate learning solutions
 Participates in safety risk analysis and/or mitigation efforts to identify learning/performance objectives or influence performance behaviors
 Participates in and/or leads project/program management efforts to support continuous improvement efforts for ACS/CGO, cross-divisional, or corporate learning products
 Develops/maintains learning solutions focusing on knowledge, skills, and/or abilities to influence agent job/task performance and KPIs
 Facilitates sessions with Field Instructors and/or subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy of course content
 Designs, develops and/or applies blended media content delivery solutions through multiple platforms
 Evaluates feedback from implemented programs
 Maintains program-related products by applying updated content in alignment with policies and procedures (methods and standards)
 Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
 Some travel required

What You Need To Succeed (minimum Qualifications)
 1-2 years of related work experience within learning solution development
 Must be a team player and able to work with other designers and subject matter experts
 Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Must be able to work independently and meet schedule requirements in a fast-paced, project-driven organization
 Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
 Must be proficient in Microsoft and Adobe applications for product development
 Must be performing satisfactorily in current position
 Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
 Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
 Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
 Must be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (preferred Qualifications)
 BachelorÂs degree in Instructional Systems Design (ISD), Adult Education, or 5 or more years of relevant work experience
 Experience in learning solution development using ISD methodology
 Learning project/program management experience
 Knowledge of adult learning theories
 Working knowledge of Below-Wing and/or Cargo processes and policies
 Facilitation experience
