What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Contact patients regarding delivery of equipment and take patient orders
• Verify patient information and ensure timely order placement
• Accurately transcribe patient profiles and perform data entry
• Resolve tracking issues and reschedule shipping orders as needed
• Obtain necessary medical documentation and troubleshoot patient-related problems

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
• Strong customer service background
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing
• Must be able to work five days a week, including weekends and evening shifts

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Experience using Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel
• Previous experience in a call center or similar customer service role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
