The CFF (Certified Free From) CPG Sales Manager is responsible for CFF CPG business growth. You will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for your sales channel, and work closely with marketing and operations to drive sales velocity and growth initiatives.

Reports to:
CEO
Responsibilities:  Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives  Identify and meet with potential customers, educating them on CFF and generating excitement to partner with us  Identify new targets where CFF can thrive, connect with key stakeholders, and develop a strategy to penetrate those markets  Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics  Acquire and analyze sales data and market trends to inform decisions and sales angles  Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies accordingly  Proactively... manage internal and external systems to support growth in your channel  Plan, lead, and attend conferences, industry events and educational opportunities
Knowledge and Skills:
 Desire to build an early-stage certification with a mission to protect consumers and save lives
 Strong relationship-building skills and enjoyment for collaboration within the organization and with external partners
 The ability to persuade and create buy-in from external stakeholders
 The ability to operate independently while clearly communicating your priorities and initiatives to the rest of the team
 Analytical background with the ability to distill numbers into decisions
 A self-starting attitude with a love for executing on ideas and moving quickly
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
 Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workplace
Education and Experience
 Minimum 3 years sales experience required.
 HS diploma / GED required.
 Experience in the food industry is preferred.

 This is a 100% remote position.
 Must be able to travel to sites, meetings and events (typically once a month).
