What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Conduct advanced analysis utilizing large datasets to drive meaningful change on KPIs and objectives
• Execute SQL queries across multiple platforms to return relevant data and ensure data integrity
• Produce reports, graphs, summaries, and presentations that effectively communicate analytical results
• Collaborate with leadership to design and implement data-driven solutions while identifying trends and outliers
• Maintain clear documentation on project requirements, goals, methodology, and output

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Proficiency in SQL querying and data analysis
• Strong written communication skills for conveying insights and analysis results
• Ability to independently create and follow project plans
• Experience with reporting governance and BI tools
• Familiarity with operational systems and working with IT and business teams

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience in a data analyst role within the animal care or veterinary industry
• Knowledge of advanced data visualization tools
• Familiarity with financial reporting and KPI analysis
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in data
• Previous experience in project planning and management
