Skills
 Active Adjuster Insurance License
 Customer service experience preferred
 Strong oral and written communication skills
 Logical problem-solving abilities
 Ability to type at least 25 wpm
 Proficient in using desktop computer systems
 Organizational and prioritization skills
Responsibilities
 Connect with customers via phone to file/document claims for accidents
 Assist customers with vehicle repairs and rental car arrangements
 Communicate with medical providers and insurance entities regarding claims
 De-escalate and resolve customer issues as necessary
 Track all relevant call information for auditing purposes
Qualifications
 Must possess an active Adjuster Insurance License
 Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
 Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred
 Must be over 18 years of age
 High School Graduate or GED
 Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
