What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour regarding fraud alerts
 Assist in completing lost or stolen reports and blocking compromised accounts
 Build credit card replacement orders and prepare shipping materials
 Investigate potential credit card fraud cases based on system alerts
 Maintain accurate documentation of investigations and customer interactions
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 High School Diploma or Equivalent
 Typically no relevant experience required
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Previous work experience in a fraud-related field
