 Overview:
 Job Title: Business Development / Sales Representative
 OTE Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 / year... (Depends on Experience: Commission, and then Base + Commission once quota is hit)
 Schedule: Flexible (Part-Time or Full-Time)
 Location: Remote / Work From Home
 Responsibilities
 Research and identify potential clients through various sources, such as online platforms, industry events, and referrals
 Contact potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce our services
 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions
 Collaborate with the team to develop innovative strategies for business development and growth
 Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
 Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
 Track and report sales activities and results regularly
 Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to identify new market opportunities
Requirements:  Prior experience in business development or sales, preferably in a similar industry  Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships  Self-motivated with a strong drive for results  Ability to work independently and as part of a team  Strong organizational and time management skills  Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools  Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required  Knowledge of the BPO / Virtual Assistant market is a plus
