Weekend - Technical Client Support Specialist
Posted 2025-04-06The Storage Group, a competitive creator of websites, provider of online marketing and proprietary touchless rental systems is looking for a (Remote) Full-time - Thursday through Monday - Technical Client Support Specialist. If you are driven to provide excellent customer service and have website technical support experience, we are looking for you! The role is for the days between Thursday thru Monday during business day hours. You would be the main contact and responsible for incoming calls, emails, chats, and tickets from clients and facility tenants. You will help with troubleshooting, creating tickets, resolving technical issues, and following up with clients or tenants.
Day to Day Life at The Storage Group as a Technical Client Support Specialist:
 Receive and respond to client queries, troubleshoot, and resolve technical requests in a timely and accurate manner via telephone, email, chat, and ticket system.
 Respond to and assist tenant user issues with online move-in system... such as password resets, payment issues via telephone, email, chat or ticket system.
 Provide technical support and resolve tickets regarding website content changes, image compression/changes, plug-in installation, fix design errors including CSS or HTML
 Add script to websites as needed
 Assist with Gmail Suite emails
 Make updates or edits to website through FTP access and/or ManageWP
 Remove domains and websites from Servers
 Facilitate completion of activities for our proprietary Tenant Move-In Suite for pricing, Esign, and autopay options
 Update Website Plugins to current versions
 Other as needed
What you need to know to be successful in this role:
 Excellent verbal and written skills
 Excellent Customer Service skills
 Knowledgeable with Web Pages, PHP, WordPress
 Experience with domain management
 Comfortable with the Gmail suite platform
 C-Panel knowledge
 Ability to perform using PHP Code
 Strong skills with CSS and HTML
 Experience using Hubspot CRM preferred
 Ability to be proactive
 Problem-solving and troubleshooting experience
