We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Qualification Specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads to ensure a robust sales pipeline. You will engage with potential customers, gather essential information, and collaborate with the sales team to maximize conversion rates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Additional Responsibilities as Assigned)
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential leads generated through various channels.
• Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, purchasing timeframe, and decision-making process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize leads and develop strategies for follow-up.
• Provide insights and feedback to improve lead generation and qualification processes.
• Stay informed about industry trends and Chase Corp products to effectively engage leads.
• Assist in developing... marketing campaigns and strategies to attract potential customers.

Education
• B.A. Required
• 1-3 years of experience in lead qualification, sales, or customer service.

Knowledge and Experience
• Ability to hit or exceed KPIs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess lead potential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, Salesforce, Oracle, and HubSpot experience preferred.
• Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
