Lead Qualification Specialist
Posted 2025-04-06We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Qualification Specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads to ensure a robust sales pipeline. You will engage with potential customers, gather essential information, and collaborate with the sales team to maximize conversion rates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Additional Responsibilities as Assigned)
 Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential leads generated through various channels.
 Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, purchasing timeframe, and decision-making process.
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in our CRM system.
 Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize leads and develop strategies for follow-up.
 Provide insights and feedback to improve lead generation and qualification processes.
 Stay informed about industry trends and Chase Corp products to effectively engage leads.
 Assist in developing... marketing campaigns and strategies to attract potential customers.
Education
 B.A. Required
 1-3 years of experience in lead qualification, sales, or customer service.
Knowledge and Experience
 Ability to hit or exceed KPIs
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess lead potential.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, Salesforce, Oracle, and HubSpot experience preferred.
 Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
 Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
