 Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via multiple communication channels.
 Provide clear, comprehensive information on our services, addressing questions with accuracy and empathy.
 Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring every interaction upholds our high standards of service quality.
 Capture and manage quality control details to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Tools:
 Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
 Proficiency with Mac computers.
 Experience using Slack, Google Drive, Notion, Real VNC, and working with PDFs.
 Familiarity with reading and interpreting measurements.
 Reliable, high-speed internet connection.
 A MacBook is required for this role.
 Availability to work EST hours.
