Major Accounts HCM Sales Executive
Posted 2025-04-06The Major Accounts HCM Sales Executive will oversee and execute all aspects of the sales cycle including self-generating leads, qualifying prospects, identifying their needs, closing the sale, and ensuring the transition from the proposal process through a successful onboarding and integration.

 Develop and Qualify Leads - Aggressively seek out new business opportunities
 Schedule Initial Appointments to present to business owners in person
 Prepare and Present Proposals - In-person and face-to-face meetings
 Closing Sales and Transitioning the client to onboarding '
 New Client Follow-UP
Requirements
 2+ years of proven sales experience
 SaaS sales experience (preferred)
 Strong business acumen
 Excellent written and verbal communication
 Proven Presentation skills
 Extremely organized
 Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
 Excel and PowerPoint
 Charismatic and personable
