What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including screening, interviewing, and salary negotiations
 Develop and execute staffing plans to maintain a diverse candidate pipeline
 Actively source candidates through various channels including social media and job fairs
 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team fit and culture for each opening
 Prepare recruiting reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of recruiting initiatives
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 Minimum of 3 years of recruiting and/or HR experience
 Bachelor's degree preferred
 Strong understanding of employment laws and recruiting practices
 Proven success in sourcing a diverse candidate pool using various methods
 Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 Experience with applicant tracking systems, particularly Brassring
 Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities
 Ability to think creatively and develop innovative recruitment strategies
 Experience in mentoring and training team members
 Knowledge of military and alumni recruitment channels
