What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including screening, interviewing, and salary negotiations
• Develop and execute staffing plans to maintain a diverse candidate pipeline
• Actively source candidates through various channels including social media and job fairs
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team fit and culture for each opening
• Prepare recruiting reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of recruiting initiatives

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting and/or HR experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong understanding of employment laws and recruiting practices
• Proven success in sourcing a diverse candidate pool using various methods
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, particularly Brassring
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative recruitment strategies
• Experience in mentoring and training team members
• Knowledge of military and alumni recruitment channels
