Skills
 Must hold and maintain a Property & Casualty Insurance license in your home state
 2+ years of experience in an insurance sales-based role preferred
 2+ years of customer service experience
 Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach
 Familiarity with the insurance industry, particularly pet insurance, is a plus
 Strong ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities
 Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
Responsibilities
 Answer inbound warm leads from potential customers
 Utilize a consultative style to understand customer needs
 Present the value of our pet insurance policies
 Guide calls towards successful enrollment
 Provide detailed information about policies and coverage options
 Overcome objections with confidence and empathy
 Ensure accurate enrollment of pets in policies
 Meet and exceed enrollment targets
 Develop a working knowledge of ChewyÂs pet health insurance plans
 Learn and operate within internal and external technologies
Qualifications

Education Requirements
 A high school diploma or equivalent
 Ongoing training in insurance policies and procedures will be provided

 2+ years of experience in customer service and insurance sales
 Proven experience in overcoming objections and providing solutions
