Skills
 In-depth understanding of Enterprise or Customer Identity & Access Management, Single Sign-On, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
 Proficiency in identity protocols and technologies: OpenID Connect (OIDC), OAuth, SAML, API Gateways, and platforms like Ping Identity and Okta
 Knowledge of fraud prevention, identity proofing, and verification technologies
 Expertise in modern software lifecycle development and automated cloud infrastructure deployment
 Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate security systems
 Familiarity with tools such as EIAM-Delinea, Duo, Oracle Access Manager, Sailpoint, Saviynt
Responsibilities
 Lead and support the implementation and administration of IAM platforms
 Respond to break/fix requests and monitor the environment
 Address Level 2 tickets, including bugs, outages, and new feature requests
 Ensure IAM solutions meet regulatory, compliance, and internal requirements
 Maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures
 Collaborate with development teams and provide guidance on IAM implementations
 Ensure IAM security aligns with the overall organizational security strategy
Qualifications
WhatÂs needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
 BachelorÂs degree in a STEM field
 4+ years of related experience
 Authoritative understanding of IAM principles and protocols
 Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Education Requirements
 BachelorÂs degree in a relevant discipline

 STEM fields preferred
Experience Requirements
 4+ years of related experience in cybersecurity or IAM
 Success in completing interviews to meet job qualifications
