 Responsible for providing assistance and support to clients remotely.
 Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
 Assist clients with booking reservations and provide information about travel destinations.
 Provide personalized recommendations to enhance clients' travel experiences.
 Liaise with internal teams for timely resolution of client issues.
 Maintain detailed records of client interactions and monitor client feedback.
Requirements: Â Previous experience in customer service or a related field. Â Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
