TempExperts is hiring a Customer Care Administrator for a thriving healthcare company in Lakewood Ranch, FL.

Job Summary:

The Customer Care Administrator will coordinate services with care and empathy and provide exceptional support to patients, clients, and staff.

Essential Functions and Primary Duties:
• Foster and maintain a professional relationship while building a strong rapport with patients and clients.
• Responsible for answering and routing incoming calls in a fast-paced medical environment assessing and appropriately responding to customer’s information needs in an accurate, courteous, and competent manner.
• Process appointment assignments through company navigation software.
• Maintains excellence in customer service by being compassionate, empathetic, and responsive to the needs of internal and external community.
• Always maintain patient and family confidentiality.
• Provides a supportive atmosphere to people seeking information and assists with program information.
• Continually builds trust with community partners.
• Promotes leadership and teamwork.

Minimum Qualifications Required:
• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal and written and communication skills.
• Excellent typing and computer skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge of HIPPA compliance regulations.
