AWS Contact Center (AWS Connect) Engineer

We are looking for a skilled AWS Contact Center Engineer to support us in the pre-sales phase of the project and potentially later in the implementation/building of the solution based on this service...
In particular, we are looking for a person who will help us with:
 Designing and implementing solutions based on AWS services such as Amazon Connect, AWS
Sage Maker, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q and other AWS services especially in the area of AI/ML
 creating and optimizing contact flows (Contact Flows) in Amazon Connect, including the
implementation of interactive IVR systems,
 Amazon Connect integration with CRM systems and external applications using API,
 creating solutions based on AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex and Polly that support automation and customer service,
 configuration of CI/CD environments, and monitoring infrastructure performance using CloudWatch and X-Ray,
 implementing process automation using Terraform and CloudFormation and Bash/Python scripting languages,
Requirements:
What we expect?
 Experience working with Amazon Connect and other AWS services, especially in the area of ??AI/ML
 Knowledge of integration solutions in the field of Contact Center, ability to connect Amazon
Connect with CRM systems,
 Proficiency in one of the scripting languages: Python, JavaScript, Bash.
 Experience in working with databases (DynamoDB or RDS) and their integration with AWS
applications.
 Preferred: Experience working with Terraform/CloudFormation
