What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Prepare user stories and gather requirements from business units for system development
• Conduct cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to guide system implementation decisions
• Coordinate and connect computer systems across the organization for improved information sharing
• Consult with management to ensure alignment on system principles and objectives
• Expand or modify existing systems to enhance workflows and serve new purposes

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business systems analysis
• Proficiency in REST APIs, Jira, Confluence, and Service Now
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively as a team player
• Experience in interviewing or surveying workers to assess information processing needs

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Familiarity with Generative AI and AWS technologies
• Experience in new product development with emerging technologies
