Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to attract diverse talent. • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process to meet staffing needs at various organizational levels. • Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR. • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to forecast and optimize staffing activity. • Provide ongoing communication with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Skills/Qualifications: • 5+ years of staffing/recruitment experience across all organizational levels. • Proficiency in recruitment lifecycle processes and sourcing techniques. • Strong vendor management skills, including working with search firms and job boards. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with team-based project experience. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and expertise in data mining and internet research. • Experience with general HR functions
