Responsibilities: Â Develop and execute strategic initiatives to attract diverse talent. Â Manage the end-to-end recruiting process to meet staffing needs at various organizational levels. Â Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR. Â Track and analyze recruitment metrics to forecast and optimize staffing activity. Â Provide ongoing communication with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Skills/Qualifications: Â 5+ years of staffing/recruitment experience across all organizational levels. Â Proficiency in recruitment lifecycle processes and sourcing techniques. Â Strong vendor management skills, including working with search firms and job boards. Â Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with team-based project experience. Â Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and expertise in data mining and internet research. Â Experience with general HR functions
