Job Description
Key responsibilities: ⢠Delivering excellent customer service to donors and supporters over the phone and via email. ⢠Handling supporter queries, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and effectively. ⢠Maintaining accurate records of supporter interactions in the internal database. ⢠Building and maintaining relationships with supporters to ensure ongoing engagement. ⢠Working collaboratively with the customer service team to meet and exceed departmental goals. ⢠Adhering to all company policies and procedures. ⢠Participating in training and development opportunities as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Supporter Care Officer should have:
⢠Experience in a customer service role, ideally in the Not For Profit sector.
⢠Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
⢠Strong background in call handling, ideally in relation to fundraising/donations.
⢠Strong problem-solving abilities.
⢠A commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
⢠Experience using CRM systems.
⢠A team-oriented mindset.
