We’re Humamy, an innovative start-up within the Bending Spoons group aiming to revolutionize the food industry through a fully plant-based offering. By providing our customers with sustainable, tasty, and healthy food, we’re determined to do our part in tackling some of the most pressing challenges of our time.

We are now looking for the right person to take care of our most valuable asset—our clients—and support them throughout their experience with us.

A few examples of your responsibilities: • Act as a reference point for our clients in all their interactions with Humamy • Work with several internal tools and softwares to monitor, organize, and resolve customer requests • Collect customer feedback, produce reports, and share them with the relevant team members • Interact with multiple stakeholders, both external (customers) and internal (software engineers, product managers, designers, and salespeople)

• You live in Italy and are proficient in Italian. You are based in Italy and can read, write, and speak proficiently in Italian.

Permanent or fixed-term. Full-time.

The selection process

If you successfully pass through our screening process, we’ll invite you to take on a few tests that assess how you approach and solve unfamiliar problems.
