Location: Remote (Columbus, OH or NCR preferred)

Our client is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business focused upon providing professional solutions in the areas of training and language services. We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for a Director, Business Operations position. This position is remote and will support east coast hours.

Duties:
• Manage the relationships with key vendors for outsourced business functions:
• IT
• Finance
• Contracts
• Support the different programs by:
• Developing evaluating and enhancing internal business processes
• Providing program delivery teams with templates for monthly reporting to clients
• Establishing structured financial projecting templates for effective financial management
• Serving as primary company interface contracting specialists and contracting officers where needed
• Collecting, organizing, and managing key contractual information for each program
• Helping develop other tools and processes to support program teams as needed
• Recruiting and staffing needed personnel for the programs
• Support Major Contract Vehicles through:
• Quarterly tracking and reporting
• Managing and implementing overall modifications

Target/Preferred Qualifications: • 5 years managing program support operations for a federal contractor • Comprehensive understanding of federal contracting operations • Ability to leverage SharePoint and MS Power Apps tools to enhance business operations
