Job Description
Key responsibilities: Â Handle inbound calls and emails from customers with empathy and professionalism. Â Provide accurate and timely responses to customer enquiries. Â A focus on optimising supporter retention and engagement. Â Log all customer interactions in the system for future reference. Â Work closely with colleagues to resolve any customer issues that arise. Â Provide feedback to management on customer needs and trends. Â Participate in team meetings and training sessions. Â Uphold the values and mission of the organisation in all interactions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Agent should have:
 Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role, ideally within fundraising.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to think on their feet.
 Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
 Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
