Job Description

Key responsibilities: • Handle inbound calls and emails from customers with empathy and professionalism. • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer enquiries. • A focus on optimising supporter retention and engagement. • Log all customer interactions in the system for future reference. • Work closely with colleagues to resolve any customer issues that arise. • Provide feedback to management on customer needs and trends. • Participate in team meetings and training sessions. • Uphold the values and mission of the organisation in all interactions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Agent should have:
• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role, ideally within fundraising.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to think on their feet.
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
