Salary:
 £40,000 - £50,000 GBP / $55,000 - $65,000 USD
Location:
 This is a fully-remote role, and we're open to candidates based in either the US or the UK. However, to stay aligned with our team, the candidate must be available to work from 9 am - 6 pm EST/BST.
The Opportunity
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Kyra, youÂll be at the forefront of our growth. YouÂll be the first point of contact for brands aiming to make a real impact, setting the stage for meaningful partnerships. ItÂs not just about booking meetingsÂitÂs about unlocking opportunities that drive long-term success.

 Lead Generation with Purpose: YouÂll proactively seek out and engage with potential brand partners, using cold calls, emails, social media, and networking. YouÂre ready to take bold steps to connect with brands that align with KyraÂs mission and can benefit from what we bring to the table.
 Qualify Strategic Opportunities: YouÂll focus on identifying brands that are a perfect match for KyraÂs AI-powered creator solutions. By asking insightful questions and really understanding their challenges, youÂll set the stage for tailored solutions that drive results.
 Champion KyraÂs Vision: As the initial point of contact, youÂll embody KyraÂs mission. YouÂll educate prospects on how weÂre transforming influencer marketing with innovative technology and creative excellence, helping them see the bigger picture of whatÂs possible.
 Cultivate Lasting Relationships: Your role is more than moving deals along. YouÂll focus on building trust and creating value, laying the foundation for strong, long-term partnerships that will continue to thrive.
 Fuel the Growth Engine: After qualifying leads, youÂll ensure a seamless handoff to the sales team, providing them with the insights they need to close deals and deliver success for the brand.
 Collaborate for Continuous Improvement: YouÂll partner with both the sales and marketing teams to fine-tune our outreach strategies and messaging, making sure we stay aligned and continue driving high-quality leads into the pipeline.

Skills & Experience Required:
 2-3 years of experience in Business Development or Lead Generation, with a proven track record of successfully generating and qualifying high-quality leads. YouÂve done this before and know how to consistently deliver results.
 Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or similar platforms. YouÂre comfortable managing your pipeline and tracking key metrics.
 Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and Keynote: You know your way around data and presentations, making it easy to analyze and present findings.
 Influencer Marketing Knowledge: Experience working in an influencer marketing agency or platform is a big plus and will help you hit the ground running.
 Remote Work Experience: If youÂve thrived in a remote environment, thatÂs a bonus. We value self-motivation and autonomy.

Hiring Process (Remote)
 Story Swap: A 30-minute chat with a member of our People team where weÂll dive into your career journey and give you the chance to get to know us better.
 Capabilities Interview: A 30-minute interview with a senior member of our Sales team to explore your skills and approach.
 Task Presentation: YouÂll complete a short task and present it to a senior Sales team member and our CEO (1 hour). WeÂre excited to see your thought process in action.
