Senior Agent - Customer Service, Dutch Speaker

 Undertake tasks delegated by Assistant Manager/Manager/Supervisor and Overseas BJ team
 Identify areas for service and procedural improvement and make recommendations
 Participate in team meetings, buzz sessions, provide feedback and ideas
 Escalate queries or unresolved issues as advised
 Handle inquiries/issues from global customers
 Handle complaints and feedback related to websites, products, platforms, and services
 Strong people skills and ability to navigate difficult situations
 Solutions mindset and passion for finding the right solutions for customers
 Excellent time management and ability to multitask
 Excellent command of spoken and written English and Dutch
 Strong customer service skills and highly motivated team-player
 Knowledge of digital asset exchange/trading
 Demonstrated ability to motivate others and achieve results
 Fast typing skills (at least 40 words per minute)
 Basic computer knowledge: MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, and other applications like GA
 Call center customer service-related work experience preferred
 Willingness to work on shift rotation
 Diploma from college or above, related to any major
