What You Will Do:
 Providing exceptional customer and technical support via calls, emails, and chats
 Gathering required technical information to ensure resolution of complex cases
 Working with cross-functional teams
 Meet team KPIs
 Ensure customers' satisfaction
 Securely work with customers sensitive information
What you need to succeed in this role:
 Excellent German and English
 Ability to work collaboratively in a team
 Independent and proactive approach to work
 Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 MbpsÂdownload and 40 MbpsÂupload)
Will be a great plus:
 Experience in customer support
 Experience with CRM systems
