As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping customers. Responsibilities: • Engage with customers through live chat to provide support and assistance • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions • Identify and report trends in customer issues to improve overall customer experience Qualifications: • Previous experience in customer service or a related field • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving abilities • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in typing and using live chat software

• 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Experience with live chat software is a plus
