Description:
 Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of six direct reports across sales, account management, and strategy.
 Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for Amazon to meet and exceed revenue and profitability goals.
 Serve as the primary senior executive contact for Amazon, driving joint business planning.
 Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
 Analyze sales performance and key metrics to track progress against goals.
Requirements: Â 11+ years of sales leadership experience, with a focus on e-commerce or consumer goods. Â Strong expertise in Amazon's ecosystem, including Vendor Central, Seller Central, and Amazon Ads. Â Proven ability to lead and manage both direct and cross-functional teams in a complex organizational structure. Â Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Â BachelorÂs degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; MBA preferred.
