Description:
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of six direct reports across sales, account management, and strategy.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for Amazon to meet and exceed revenue and profitability goals.
• Serve as the primary senior executive contact for Amazon, driving joint business planning.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
• Analyze sales performance and key metrics to track progress against goals.

Requirements: • 11+ years of sales leadership experience, with a focus on e-commerce or consumer goods. • Strong expertise in Amazon's ecosystem, including Vendor Central, Seller Central, and Amazon Ads. • Proven ability to lead and manage both direct and cross-functional teams in a complex organizational structure. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; MBA preferred.
