Key Responsibilities:
Insurance Sales:
 Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
 Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the companyÂs insurance products and services
 Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through effective lead generation strategies
 Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly
 Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate client records
Agency Recruitment:
 Source, screen, and recruit high-quality candidates to join the insurance agency
 Build and maintain strong relationships with potential hires, fostering trust and enthusiasm about agency opportunities
 Guide recruits through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition into the team
 Collaborate with agency leadership to identify and address staffing needs and growth opportunities
Leadership and Team Building:
 Lead and mentor a team of sales agents and recruiters to achieve individual and collective goals
 Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team
 Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team members technical skills and product knowledge
 Act as a go-to resource for team members, providing guidance and support as needed
Technical and Multitasking Proficiency:
 Navigate multiple applications and tools to manage client data, recruitment activities, and sales processes efficiently
 Use CRM, ATS, and insurance-specific platforms to track progress and ensure seamless operations
 Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to improve workflows and customer experiences
 Prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications and Skills:
 Proven experience in insurance sales, agency recruitment, or a similar field (1+ years preferred)
 Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing remote teams a plus
 Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
 Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new tools, and work efficiently in a tech-driven environment
 Attention to detail and ability to multitask without compromising quality
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
