The Event Marketing Manager will join the North America Field Marketing team, leading the strategy, planning, and execution of various events, including industry trade shows, national engagement events, and virtual/hybrid events. This role is focused on driving brand awareness, demand generation, and client engagement, supporting the North America sales teams through effective management of event budgets, logistics, and reporting. The individual will help facilitate new business growth, generate leads, and nurture existing client relationships while ensuring a seamless experience across all engagements.

Skills
 Proven track record of managing large-scale and regional events
 Exceptional project and budget management skills
 Strong understanding of immersive customer engagement tactics
 High proficiency with software applications, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and event management tools (e.g., ON24, Cvent, Eventbrite)
 Excellent communication and leadership abilities
 Ability to work independently in a remote environment
 Creative problem-solving skills and ability to deliver events on time and within budget
Responsibilities
 Manage end-to-end event planning and execution
 Ensure all events align with corporate goals
 Advocate for new ideas and continuous improvement
 Partner with field marketing on post-event analysis
 Leverage social media to promote events
 Provide support for attendees, including travel and communication
 Stay informed of event trends and best practices
Qualifications
 7+ years of event marketing experience in B2B services/technology
 Experience with corporate-level event management
 Marketing or related degree preferred
 Strong strategic and proactive mindset in managing events across time zones
 Excellent written and oral communication skills
 Ability to maintain relationships with various stakeholders

 Marketing or related degree preferred
Education Requirements Credential Category
 Preferred degree in Marketing or comparable field
Experience Requirements
 7+ years of relevant experience in event marketing, including logistics, production, and execution
 Proven project management skills with on-time delivery under budget
 Experience in managing events across different regions
