We’re looking for a Sales Pipeline Manager to help us scale our B2B and B2C operations using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

What You’ll Do:
• Identify and engage high-value leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Develop and manage lead-generation campaigns aligned with our sales goals.
• Organize and track pipelines, ensuring consistent follow-ups and engagement.
• Craft personalized outreach messages to build strong connections.
• Analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure leads are converted effectively.

What You Bring:
• Proven experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and pipeline management.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and sales strategies for B2B and B2C markets.
• Excellent communication and data analysis skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools for lead integration and management (preferred).
• Self-motivated and organized with the ability to thrive in a remote environment.
