Responsibilities of an Inbound Outbound Queue Associate:
 Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing prompt and courteous service
 Answer customer inquiries, process orders, and manage other customer requests in a timely manner
 Ensure a high quality of customer service is consistently maintained
 Stay organized and focused in a fast-paced work environment
 Demonstrate a good understanding of CVS Health products and services
 Anticipate customer needs and provide the best possible service
 Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional inquiries or concerns
 Utilize strong computer skills to manage customer data
 Maintain customer records and update information as needed
