In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers by providing product and service information, resolving any issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be an integral part of our team, helping us maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction and driving our growth.

Responsibilities
• Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Maintain customer records and handle administrative tasks as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies

Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks • Proficiency in basic computer applications • Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude
