This full-time position is for the entire school year and involves providing direct instruction to middle or high school students with high behavior needs. Key Responsibilities: • Provide Specialized Instruction: Deliver tailored lessons to meet the unique academic and behavioral needs of middle or high school students. • Collaborate with the Education Team: Work closely with other educators, specialists, and families to support student success. • Develop and Implement IEPs: Help create and manage Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students, ensuring their needs are met effectively. • Behavioral Support: Manage a caseload of students with high behavioral needs, employing strategies to foster emotional and academic growth.

Job Qualifications: • Active Special Education license • At least 1 year of virtual teaching experience • Ability to manage students with behavioral challenges and implement effective strategies • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Pay & Benefits:
• Full-time, 1099 Contract Position
• Hourly rate: $35 per hour
• Guaranteed weekly hours
