As a Benefits Rep/Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their benefit inquiries and providing high-quality customer service. Responsibilities:  Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding benefit-related questions and concerns  Assist customers in understanding and navigating their benefit plans  Provide accurate information and explanations about available benefits and coverage options  Maintain and update customer records and information in a timely manner  Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner  Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and support
Requirements
Requirements:  Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a benefits or insurance-related role  Strong communication skills, both written and verbal  Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities  Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment  Proficient in using computer systems and software  Attention to detail and accuracy in customer interactions and record-keeping
