Description
The Sales Enablement Content Manager will create and manage high-impact content to support the sales team, ensuring alignment with the broader marketing and demand generation strategy. This role will focus on equipping the sales team with the resources needed to effectively engage prospects, nurture leads, and close deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content creation, sales enablement, and strategic messaging.
Key Responsibilities
 Develop and manage a library of sales enablement content, including sales decks, case studies, educational series, RFP responses, and tailored messaging guides.
 Collaborate with product marketing and demand generation teams to create compelling content that supports sales initiatives and addresses customer pain points.
 Provide content support for webinars, including pre- and post-event materials, to drive lead engagement and conversion.
 Work with sales leadership to identify content gaps and create new resources, such as trusted advisor content, that will enhance the sales teamÂs effectiveness.
 Manage the Brandit Portal for content storage and customization, ensuring all content is up-to-date and easily accessible to the sales team.
 Support organic social initiatives by creating engaging content for online communities and forums to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.
 Coordinate PR opportunities and award submissions to increase the brandÂs presence and authority in the market.
 Create and maintain property references, referrals, and other content that builds trust with prospects and helps close deals.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
 BachelorÂs degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, content strategy, or marketing communications.
 Strong writing and content development skills, with experience creating various forms of B2B content.
 Familiarity with content management systems, CRM, and sales enablement platforms.
 Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 Collaborative and proactive, with the ability to work across teams and directly with sales stakeholders.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing automation tools.
 Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
