We are currently looking to fill a Customer Care Representative role in our Customer Care department. This position will primarily be responsible for answering phone calls and providing exceptional customer service to our policy holders, agents, and funeral homes. This is a great opportunity to get call experience working for a stable company in the insurance industry.
Requirements
What We'll Love About You
 English and Spanish plus
 High School diploma or equivalent
 Basic computer operation skills
 Ability to type 35 wpm
 Working knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
 Ability to pay close attention to detail
 Ability to quickly lean new processes and procedures
 Full- time schedule Monday through Friday - 8:00am-4:45pm MST
 Part-time schedule is open to discussion
