Qualifications: • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields • Ability to build rapport with clients • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Positive and professional demeanor • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications
• Highschool Diploma or equivalent (No Required)
• Preferred experience in customer service, online chat, or technical support (Not Required)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
• Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote positions.
