Compensation: $43,680 to $56,000 annually (competitive salary based on experience)

Who We Are Looking For:
Are you an experienced and dynamic professional passionate about improving healthcare access through innovation? We seek a Customer Success Specialist with a pharmacy administration background or a pharmacy technician who enjoys working directly with pharmacists and pharmacy leaders to navigate and overcome challenges. Previous experience with medical credentialing is a plus.
Your Role as Customer Success Specialist:
As the Customer Success Specialist, you will:
 Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmacists and pharmacy leaders, building strong relationships to ensure they fully utilize ScriptedÂs platform.
 Regularly communicate with customers to understand their needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide tailored solutions.
 Manage and update CAQH profiles and credentialing applications to maintain compliance.
 Research and stay informed on state-specific Medicaid provider enrollment policies, assisting customers in navigating these requirements.
 Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer challenges and enhance customer success strategies.
 Provide training and resources to empower customers to independently manage credentialing and administrative tasks.
Required Skills:
We are seeking candidates with:
 A minimum of 4 (four) years experience as a pharmacy technician or in pharmacy administration.
 Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate solutions and provide excellent customer service.
 Previous experience with medical credentialing (preferred).
 Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with team members.
 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate and resolve complex challenges.
 Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Compensation:
