We are looking for a dynamic & sharp techie who can work on Product, Tech, Ops, Finance and assist in Business Development, Sales, Marketing. Key Responsibilities: • Understand and own our current and future products/ tech roadmap • Evolve the same in an agile and lean methodology, including no-code/ low-maintenance platforms • Proactively seek customer insights and feedback and evolve the product(s) • Develop and manage the backend APIs and front-end SDKs/ widgets • Manage and evolve the company’s website & blogs • Take on Product Management responsibilities like UI/ UX, analytics, A/B testing, etc. • Manage product and finance operations • Upgrade our product/ platform to make it more scalable/ enterprise-ready, as and when needed • Work closely with Business, Marketing and other teams to understand their needs and collaborate to deliver superior results, including product upgrades/ automations • Pitch VenEx, sign-up clients/ partners and shape the product/ business strategy • Interact with prospective clients, partners and influencers in the ecosystem, including attending relevant industry events and representing VenEx • Contribute to building VenEx in ways currently unforeseen & unknown

Mandatory Skills & Experience:
• Engineering graduate with hands-on experience of and love for coding
• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a Startup or a Technology company
• Full stack developer with knowledge of Python, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, JAVA, APIs, ANGULAR, REACT, POSTMAN, No Code Platforms (e.g. Glide and for API e.g. NoCodeAPI) will be preferred
• Understanding of emerging technologies like AI/ ML, Blockchain, Cybersecurity
• Proficiency in data collection, preprocessing, model selection, training, and evaluation (accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score), along with deployment and monitoring.
• Skilled in frameworks like GenAI, Langchain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and tools such as Scikit-learn, Pandas, and Numpy for ML and data analysis.
• Knowledge of technical/collab tools Slack, Zapier, Wordpress, ChatGPT, Figma etc.
• Understanding of cloud technologies, data designing and administration, DevOps and open source technologies
• Strong communication skills, work ethics and adaptive to change
• Willingness to learn/ adapt to new ideas and technology
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable working remotely and with teams across the globe
• Aptitude for, or a keen interest in Sales, Marketing and Business Strategy

Desired Skills & Experience:
• Built innovative products from India, for the world
• Experience at B2B/ SaaS FinTech and/ or HRTech venture(s)
• Experience in driving Product Led Growth
• Experience working at or leading a SaaS venture
• Designed and built for scale and security

• Fixed Pay
